Sales Executive (Phnom Penh & Siem Reap)
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management/ Sales and Marketing or in any related fields
- Good command of English
- Be pro-active, aggressive and eager to learn new things
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
- High Commitment and willing to take challenges
- Computer literacy: Ms. Word, Ms. Excel..etc.
- Be committed to AWS’s Vision and Mission
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products in a designated region
- Travelling to visit potential clients
- Talk with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine solution requirements
- Plan and modify products to meet customer needs
- Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
- Prospect and build a sales pipeline by outbound calling, email communications, and other direct marketing methods.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures and ensure that the team is well communicated with these policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties and tasks as designated by the Solution Sales Manager.
